The Retail Group Australia

For over 18 years Stephen Byrne and Hannah King, directors of The Retail Group Australia, have worked in the retail leasing sector. During this time they have provided retail leasing services to many landlords and retailers and are widely acknowledged by both to be a trusted and reliable resource.

Their experience is vast. They have leased on behalf of globally recognised landlords such as Mirvac, Scentre Group (formerly Westfield) and Vicinity Centres (formerly Colonial First State Global Asset Management). Over the years they have worked on a variety of assets for both large publicly listed property funds to wealthy private investors including premium and CBD assets, numerous regional, sub regional and neighbourhood centres in both static and development leasing capacity.

Their experience has developed an understanding that all retail centres have a ‘point of difference’, however there is also a common thread. The success for the landlord, retailer and consumer is hugely dependent on “right tenant, right location”.

Passion, determination, experience and well-nurtured relationships will continue to drive The Retail Group Australia for the benefit of both landlords and retailers across Australia.
