  • An initial client brief to gain a thorough understanding of the short-term and long-term goals of your business;
  • If appropriate we will prepare an ‘Information Memorandum’ to present to relevant landlords;
  • In communication with you, a site selection will be made and we will commence the negotiation process on your behalf;

  • Once the best possible outcome has been achieved, leases will be signed;
  • If required we will provide consultation throughout the legal process;
  • We will provide ongoing consultation throughout the design, fit-out and delivery process until your business is opening for trade.
